LYS Autos Ltd has a 30 year experience in sales, marketing and customer service, 10 years in the motor trade industry and has an UNIQUE GOAL : the FULL SATISFACTION of every single customer.


We source our vehicles privately and by doing so, we obtain a maximum information on the past of the vehicle (we find that this information would be very limited when, for example, buying from an auction), and provide for every vehicle : SERVICE HISTORY, OWNERSHIP, MOT HISTORY, HPI CLEAR REPORT 


This crucial information is reflected in all our adverts, along with additional data which is extremely important in the DECISION MAKING of the buyer : FUEL CONSUMPTION, ROAD TAX, INSURANCE GROUP, SPECS OF THE VEHICLE 


We also take an average of 50 photos per vehicle, detail is a must for us.

Once we acquire a vehicle, we test drive every single one for a minimum of 10 miles, then an inspection is carried away in order to detect and rectify small issues (from a bulb to a radio code for example), or/and bigger issues which would be passed immediately to our mechanical and electrical departments.

VIEWINGS 

When the buyer comes to view and test drive the vehicle, we want him / her to feel AT HOME and the first 60 seconds are the most important to us, we are fully aware that the buyer is here to potentially purchase a vehicle, but the number 1 priority is TRUST, you are buying a car or a van, but most of all you are BUYING TRUST AND TRANSPARENCY. 


A COLD OR HOT DRINK is always offered on arrival, we understand that you’ve been through traffic, stress, negative experience from a previous viewing or/and purchase, came a long way and a simple drink is a way for us to make you feel at home.

You decided to buy our vehicle and understand that you are TRUSTING US and the vehicle you are buying, so the next step is as important as everything else and we make things easier for you to walk out of our premises by being the official NEW KEEPER !


- We NOTIFY THE SALE TO DVLA ONLINE (this service is available 7 days a week from 7AM to 7PM), we give you the receipt and simultaneously you receive an email of confirmation from DVLA, approximately 5 working days later, the logbook in your name arrives at your house. 


- We assist you in TAXING the vehicle online (24/7 service from DVLA) 


- We offer a FREE WIFI service and a computer and printer if needed also (you might want to use the WIFI or the computer to do your insurance)


- WARRANTY : we offer a 6 months Warranty with our vehicles (this period can be extended to 24 months) and use one the leaders in this field : AUTOGUARD WARRANTIES. 


OUR PREMIUM WARRANTY comes with a CLAIM LIMIT of £500 X claim (this limit can be increased).

The AUTOGUARD PREMIUM Warranty cover also INCLUDES FREE OF CHARGE, a ROAD ASSISTANCE & RECOVERY for the same period of time (this can be expandable), and includes : 

- ROAD ASSISTANCE

- NATIONWIDE RECOVERY 

- HOMESTART IN THE UK

- MISFUELING

- KEY PROTECTION 


Please note that no warranty is offered on the Trade sales (spares and repairs only).


- We hand you over the documentation of the vehicle along with our provisional receipt (the following day you receive our full invoice and warranty policy by email, or post if you don’t use email)


DELIVERIES 


We offer local deliveries (within 5 miles) free of charge, for extra radius please ask for the price, depending on the distance, the vehicle will be transported either personally or with a recovery truck service. We offer a NATIONWIDE service.


PAYMENT : we accept cash or / and bank transfer.


DEPOSITS : you might want to put a deposit on a vehicle abs reserve it, as soon as we have received it, we remove our advert on Autotrader, Gumtree and Ebay Motors, and cancel any programmed viewings, the amount of the deposit varies depending on the length of the reserve : we will take a minimum deposit for 72 hours and a higher amount for a week, for example.
